General Terms and Conditions – Seminars

By making a Seminar purchase on this site, you are bound by the following terms. If any clarifications are required, please email us: info@qiology.com.au

If you are paying via direct bank deposit, you must contact Qiology regarding your payment or send a bank transfer notification with your payment. Please use your name or order number as a reference with all deposits.

If you have registered and decided after registering that you do not wish to attend, please send Qiology a courtesy email to let us know that you have changed your mind regarding attendance: info@qiology.com.au

Terms and Conditions

In purchasing our seminars (on our website or directly) you are bound by following in addition to our standard terms and conditions outlined:

  • Travel and Accommodation:
    Qiology is not responsible for reimbursing any costs related to flights or accommodation in the case of an event cancellation or in the case of a registrant’s cancellation of their attendance.
  • Registrations without Payment will be cancelled:
    Please note that if you register for an event (with bank transfer option) for a deposit or full seminar payment, and do not make a bank transfer to our account within 7 days and at least 3 days before the start of the seminar, we will cancel your registration.
    We appreciate your assistance in making our registration and payment recording process easy.
  • Seminar attendance is not permitted unless your registration is paid in full :
    Please note that Qiology does not permit seminar attendance without full payment of due seminar fees. Qiology does not permit post-paid seminar attendance. Please have your seminar payment paid in full prior to your seminar attendance to avoid admission refusal.
  • Non-Recording Policy by the participants:
    Video recording is absolutely not permitted at our seminars. Please enjoy taking in the experience.
    Each attendee will sign an agreement regarding this policy, however the policy is applicable whether they have signed a release or not.
  • Video Coverage of the event by Qiology:
    We may be permitted to do video recording of events by our various presenters. If this is the case, attendees will be notified. In such a case, all participant’s agree that they consent to video coverage of the event, and will sign an agreement covering the finer details of these terms.
  • Seating Arrangements:
    Specific seminars may have specific seating arrangements. If this is the case, we will specify the rules and terms around this in the registration page of the relevant seminars.
  • Registered Acupuncturists/Chinese medicine practitioners and students only:
    You are only permitted to attend this seminar if you are a registered/licensed acupuncturist or Chinese medicine practitioner or student of acupuncture/Chinese medicine, or G.P/M.D with a medical acupuncture qualification in your country.
    We do not permit Dry Needling Practitioners to attend this course, as it’s completely unrelated to their scope of practice.
  • Disorderly Behaviour:
    Anyone causing disorderly behaviour will be asked to leave the seminar at the discretion of Qiology, with the assistance of the venue’s security team.

Cancellation / Refunds

Amendments to this Policy: Qiology reserves the right to amend this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registrants in a timely manner. particular seminar

General Policy: Qiology is committed to providing valuable and enriching seminar experiences. We understand that circumstances may arise which require you to cancel your seminar attendance. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent to all parties involved.

Cancellation Process:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to “info@qiology.com.au”
Cancellation requests must be submitted with the subject line “Seminar Cancellation Request.”
The date of the email will be considered the cancellation request date.

Refunds:
Cancellations made within 14-days prior to the event are non-refundable.
Cancellations due to genuine reasons (proof to be supplied & and at qiology’s discretion) made before the 14-day deadline are refundable, less a 15% cancellation fee.

Change of Mind:
Cancellations made within 7-days of registration, greater than 14-days prior to the event are entitled to a full refund, less transaction fees.

Non-Attendance: 
In the event of non-attendance no refund will be provided.

Course Cancellation: 
In the event of course cancellation by Qiology, a full refund will be given.

Force Majeure: 
In case of events totally outside Qiology’s control (i.e. War, Natural Disaster, Lockdowns, Pandemic, Terrorism, Presenter’s health etc.) we reserve the rights to change the dates of the event to a future date.
